Zalo iPhone has updated the backup and restore feature of messages, helping users to restore all messages in case of device transfer.
Previously, the Zalo backup and restore feature was only available on the version Zalo PC and version Zalo Android. And after the waiting time, the Zalo iPhone message backup and restore feature has also been updated. When users back up messages, a backup will be saved on Zalo's server system. No matter what device you log into your Zalo account, you can still restore the backup of messages, to get all the messages back.

How to backup, restore iPhone Zalo messages

In the interface on Zalo, we click on 3 dot icon in the right corner, below the screen. Then, the user clicks on Gear icon in the top right corner.
Switch to the Settings interface, users click on the section Message settings on Zalo account. You will then see Backup & restore under Advanced. Click on the sectionBackup & Restore this.
Next, to perform backup data click Backup button. Wait for the Zalo system to proceed to store all the messages on the device. When recieved message Backup successful message, so you have completed the operation of storing messages Zalo iPhone.
Above will be the most recent backup time, along with the backup size.
Thus, when logging in to Zalo on another device and want to get back these data, the user clicks Item Restore messages. Then, click next Message Recovery button. You will need to press Exit Zalo and then reopen Zalo to restore data.
Note to readers, backed up messages can only be restored, while messages that have not been backed up cannot be restored.
In addition, Zalo iPhone also supports automatic backup. At the Automatic Backup you slide the bar to the right in Automatic backup. Then we will see backup options in terms of backup time and conditions.
When clicked Time You will be given a choice of whether to back up automatically either Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
Click on the item Network conditions when backing up, users can choose to perform backup when using WiFi Only or when using a network connection with Wi-Fi or 3G.
Thus, with the backup and restore feature that is applicable on all 3 versions of Zalo Android, Zalo iPhone and Zalo PC, users can retrieve all messages no matter which device they log in. . The backup will be stored on the Zalo server system, so you don't need to worry about losing the backup of Zalo messages.
